Whoot Mural Day 11

Day 11 at the Whoot mural in the community of Avondale on Belmont between the Kennedy Expressway exit ramp and Kedzie Avenue.

I focused on completing the unique patterns in the circles while Jerry painted in the rest of the purple background across the top of the mural.

The main wall is now done with the exception of one small problem area that is leaking and needs some special attention.

Next up is sketching out and painting in the side panel followed by installing drip edges to protect the mural from the elements.
